Le colloque intitulé « Let flowers bloom again » est organisé dans le cadre d’un partenariat francoslovène entre l’Institut français Charles Nodier, la Faculté de Droit de l’Université de Ljubljana et la Faculté de Biotechnologie de l’Université de Ljubljana.
